I am not sure what to think about this. It is interesting. I think that these students will be in for the shock of their lives when they attend a birth with a REAL woman. Especially when the mother doesn't cooperate with what they dictate.
Something else that bothers me about this is that their training is all about them. Their team. How they work together. Shouldn't all that depend on the mother and what she needs? How can you train for delivery without a mother? Shouldn't a doctor learn to look at a mother's FACE, not monitors, to assess how she is progressing and feeling?
I just think this is really unrealistic. But I'd rather not have them training on me, either.
