I like "Pregnancy, Childbirth, and the Newborn" by Penny Simkin. Thanks for the list. I'm familiar with some (love "the thinking woman's guide") but not all of them. It will be nice to check the others out.
I'm reading Ina May's Guide to Childbirth right now... I love reading all her birthing theories that just make sense.
